Access to Pledge Manager - emails sent!

Hi Guys,
As promised yesterday the Pledge Manager is now live, and all email invites have been sent out by BackerKit. Check your inboxes and Spam folders to make sure you don't miss it!
Don't worry if you cant respond immediately - the Pledge Manager will be open for some time yet. The plan is to 'lock' all pledges sometime around May, to allow us to then finalise fulfilment, so you have time. BackerKit will also send you regular reminders to complete your survey.
I'm hoping to meet up with the Footsore team in the next few days (virtually!) to finalise the master moulding of the Etruscan Axe-men and to start to plan the production moulds for the figures - I'll let you all know how that goes shortly!

General Access to Pledge Manager - Stand By Your Beds!

Hi Guys,
I've had one more survey back today, to make a total of 4 out of the 6 sent as part of the Smoke Test. No further issues have come to light, and while 2 surveys are still outstanding I don't want to hold you all up longer than necessary (to explain some terminology, BackerKit, who operate the Pledge Manager software, call the email that gives you access to the Pledge Manager a 'survey'. It's a bit confusing, but basically for 'survey' read 'access to Pledge Manager').
To that end I will send surveys / access to the Pledge Manager to you all as of tomorrow morning (Tuesday 12th Jan UK GMT). Please keep an eye out and make sure you look at your Spam folders, as the survey email will be coming from BackerKit (not Kickstarter) and your firewall may well block it.
Thanks for your patience and, should you experience any issues or have any questions regarding your pledge or the pledge manager itself, don't hesitate to drop me a message to resolve and / or explain.
Oh, and don't forget - once in the pledge manager you can add any additional packs that you wish, or missed during the Campaign :-)

Smoke Test for Pledge Manager - Please Check Your Inbox

Hi Guys,
The Pledge Manager Smoke Test went out at the end of last week, to 5% of backers, so a total of 6 tests went out to you. So far 3 have responded and filled in details, which is great! (Thanks guys - you know who you are ;-) )
Those 3 completed tests flushed out a couple of minor issues, all of which should now be fixed. Could the rest of you check your inboxes and see if you were one of the 6 invited to take part in the Smoke Test please? Before I go live with all backers, I would prefer to have all of the test surveys completed, to ensure we are not missing something else. Please check your Spam folders etc. as your Firewall may think an email from BackerKit (rather than Kickstarter) is spam.
Hopefully if we can get the 3 outstanding test surveys completed in the next day or so, then we can go fully live this coming Tuesday or Wednesday.

Pledge Manager Configuration Complete!

Hi All,
Firstly, I hope you are all doing well in these tricky and uncertain times. I have finished configuring the Pledge Manager, and the config has been signed off by BackerKit so assuming I have done everything correctly, it is almost ready to go!
What happens next (in fact, later today - Thursday 7th Jan) is the Smoke Test. A random selection of you will receive notifications that the Pledge Manager is open / Live, and you'll be asked to confirm your pledge choices' complete your Shipping Details and pay for postage. The Smoke Test usually selects about 5% of Backers, so most of you will not see anything just yet.
Assuming there are no major issues with the Smoke Test results, you'll all then gain access, which I will notify you off here and you will also be emailed about (keep an eye out for it!). If the Smoke Test does throw up any errors or anomalies, we'll need to fix them prior to this.
If you receive the Smoke Test and experience an issue, I'd be grateful if you could message me directly rather than post generally on the KS Comments, so that I can resolve directly with you and we avoid sharing too much info about your pledges / location or other personal information in a public forum.
To finish, keep an eye out for the notification emails and fingers crossed, we'll be all good to go in the next few days!

Firstly, Happy New Year everyone!
2020 / 2021 has to rank as one of the quietest New Year's Eves I have ever experienced, but not bad for all that. I hope where ever you are and whatever you did, you enjoyed yourselves :-)
The Pledge Manager configuration is almost complete - I have a few minor items to tweak and then, on Monday 4th January, I will be submitting the configuration to BackerKit for formal review and approval. This can take up to 2 days, so all being well, around Wednesday the 6th January I should get the all clear to launch the Pledge Manager. Now, the process in launching the Pledge Manager is staged - firstly, there will be what is called a 'Smoke Test'. This is where a small sample of backers receive access to the Pledge Manager and we have a final live test to make sure everything is working as it should - the logic being it is easier to correct any errors for a small sample than it will be for everyone!
Once the Smoke Test is complete and any issues flushed out and corrected, you will all then gain access and be able to select your packs, add any extras, and calculate and pay for shipping. I expect this to happen in the 2nd week of January (w/c 11th) but I will let you know if there are any significant delays.
